The Operator Leaderboard

Every operator. Publicly graded.
Reputation as a moat.

Yelp ranks restaurants. Glassdoor ranks employers. Landlock ranks operators by Fair Deal Score. 12-month rolling average, weighted by deal volume, scored across 12 dimensions. Owners check before they negotiate. Operators climb — or get exposed.

⚠ Hall of Shame

Operators with FDS < 60 — owners are warned

These operators have a 12-month track record of below-market offers, restrictive clauses, or unresolved disputes. Public visibility forces them to improve — or lose deal flow.

How the score works

The Operator Leaderboard FDS is a volume-weighted 12-month rolling average of every Fair Deal Score awarded on the platform, plus a bidirectional reputation premium drawn from owner ratings, payment record, and dispute resolutions.

Operators consistently above 80 see faster acceptance, lower curative cost, and a public premium. Operators below 60 see deals decline — and they show up here.
